Temporary Full-time Maintenance Officer

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and multi-skilled person to maintain the Crescent Arts Centre building.Whilst the main duty will be the maintenance within the building which will include minor plumbing, electrical, joinery work etc. there will be various other housekeeping / caretaking duties.

As the Centre functions during the day and the evening, working hours will be variable according to operational requirements.

Previous maintenance experience is essential together with a full valid and clean driving licence.
