Use contact with another person as the starting point for movement exploration. Emphasis is on the flow of energy and of self awareness and the other people in the space. Following a warm up we will move on to skills such as sharing weight, lifting, rolling and falling. A fun approach, encouraging creative thinking, while providing a good workout.
