Iyengar Yoga – Level 1

Demanding both in effort and attention to detail, Iyengar yoga increases concentration and helps relieve the mind and body from stress. This class is for people with at least one year experience of yoga taught the Iyengar way, including a familiarity with the use of props and the practice of inverted asanas (sirsasana and sarvangasana).
Pilates Mat Work *

This class will improve overall strength, flexibility, posture, energy levels, coordination, and focus using a series of Pilates’ exercises. As you work at your own pace Jennifer will work with you to gain maximum results. Wear loose clothing and a mat will be provided if needed.
