Beginners/Continuation Class: This class covers the basic poses and is suitable for any level. Everyone is encouraged to explore the poses, with more time given to being in a pose, allowing the novice to get a feel and the more advanced to fully benefit from the class. Let yoga help you ease your way out of work into ‘your’ time.

Wednesdays • 1pm-1.45pm • £40 • 8 weeks + half term break
Yoga at its purest is the uniting of body and mind. In this class we aim towards this goal by using our breathing to help us find the peace in each posture. This break in the middle of your day is sure to leave you refreshed and revitalised.

Wednesdays • 7.30pm-8.30pm • £40 • 8 weeks + half term break
We will focus on working through each posture with the breath, helping us understand our body and relaxing our minds. Follow a simple format including relaxation, posture work and simple meditations. The class is casual and relaxed, no experience necessary.
